This is how you do it...


1. 75g sugar & 85g butter beat together until pale

2. Add one egg

3. Add 100g whizzed up unsalted pistachio


That’s it!

Spread on pricked puff pastry pop fruit on top whack in oven 170° until cooked, 25mins maybe AND SCOFF
