What is Supper On The Stones?
Supper from my kitchentable. My homemade kitchen table. An old barn door repurposed on Whitstable oyster posts, salvaged from the sea still covered in barnacles. Decorated with flints collected from kent beaches, for restless folk, like me, to touch and pick up.

That’s me in a nutshell, or seashell as I live on the beach here at Dungeness and I invite you to join me at my kitchentable for an evening of delicious food and conversation.
You may have seen me on the telly on Masterchef, which was filmed through covid lockdown, no agenda, no strategy, I just went on as a way to cook for a crowd of people. A great experience, I cooked what I cook for friends, local delicious ingredients, the judges and fellow contestants loved it.
My passion other than buying local is inspiring others to have a go, my new cookery workshops are all about flavours and helping you to create your own unique dishes. I’ll guide you through making dough, pastry, fish, desserts and
many more dishes.
Alongside cookery workshops I’ll be hosting other craft makers, for you to sit and gaze into the unique Dungeness landscape while creating something beautiful to take home.
